Part of a visionary mixed-use development spanning an entire block, Ocean Terrace will feature a 20-story condominium tower, a luxury hotel, and a vibrant commercial component. Spearheaded by developers Alex Blavatnik and Sandor Scher, collectively known as Ocean Terrace Holdings, the project will seamlessly blend modern design with historic preservation by redeveloping 12 iconic buildings while maintaining their distinctive façades.

The centerpiece of the development is a 235-foot condominium tower, designed by Revuelta Architecture International, offering 71 luxury residences. These units will range in size from 902 square feet to an average of 1,720 square feet. The landscaping and gardens will be crafted by the award-winning Enea Garden Design, led by Enzo Enea, adding lush greenery to the community.

On the hospitality side, the historic Broadmoor and Ocean Surf hotels, along with additional historic structures, will be transformed into a 120-unit hotel. This includes 54 restored units and 66 newly constructed ones, designed by Heisenbottle Architects to honor the area’s architectural legacy.

The development will also feature an inviting public plaza and an outdoor café, fostering a vibrant and accessible gathering space for residents and visitors alike.
